Surround yourself with professionals that will keep you on course. It is easy to begin to move away from health promoting choices and opt for choices that quick and easy. Select a health care team that can educate you about simple measures you can take for your health and hold you accountable to stay on course.

ACTIVITY

Keep moving. Exercise is imperative for to brain function at its highest level. It provides for the brain what fruits and vegetables provide for the body. It is imperative that we move to stimulate the proper pathways in the brain.

EATING HABITS

Consume fresh fruits and vegetables as well as high quality proteins and fats. Creating an eating plan can be confusing and frustrating. There are so many dietary recommendations that vary from low carbs, to no fat, high and low protein. How do you know which is right for you? We believe that simple is better. If we can grow it, farm it or hunt it, then this is at the top of the list.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH

Develop your own way to manage stress. One size does not fit all. We work with each patient to find methods of stress reduction and management that work best for each person. There are several methods you can use to manage your stress. Have a simple process to bring you back to a state of harmony and balanced.
