Dr. Parker Grundman
Chiropractor
"My passion is to improve and restore the functionality of each person using my knowledge and comprehensive treatment techniques to help push the chiropractic profession forward while increasing the public’s understanding of the power of conservative treatment. Non-invasive treatment is a gateway to maximizing patient outcomes and I am thrilled to be a part of the journey for present and future patients to come. My focus is repairing the sources of pain using research supported care & empowering treatment to guide local communities toward achieving long-term active lifestyles. My mother was a practicing physical therapist for over 30 years and I would see the way people embraced her in public, excited about her positive impact on their health and well-being. She has been a crucial catalyst to my ambition of becoming the driven physician that I am today.”
Dr. Grundman was born and raised in the rural thumb of Eastern Michigan and has recently settled into St Louis with his wife, Maggie. He enjoys staying active playing recreational softball, flag football, pick-up basketball, lifting, biking, camping and is an avid hiker. He takes pride in his hometown Detroit sports teams, but the Cardinals red and yellow colors are growing on him. Dr. Parker is a very proud uncle of 9 nephews and two nieces and takes as many opportunities as he can to visit them among other immediate family members in his free time.
While providing comprehensive approaches to restoring functionality, Dr. Grundman utilizes the latest research and evidence-based practices to stimulate movement growth and injury repair. A driving factor for his focus of exercise therapy has come from his experience of injury recovery during college football throughout under-grad. He is a board-certified chiropractic physician, medical dry needling and exercise specialist trained through Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. His expanded knowledge base is attributed to experience within the Dynamic Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Institute, McKenzie Institute, Athlete-Enhancement group, Pulse Point Practice group, and Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance.
When away from the office, Dr. Grundman likes to explore St. Louis looking for various parks, local sporting events and social groups to help engrain himself within the environment. He is a big foodie and loves to look for local cuisine and STL restaurant favorites scattered around the city.
